When the restoration of a locomotive is complete, we organize an Open Day to allow those interested to see the locomotive completely restored before we return it to our client.
Until now, we held three Open Days for the following occasions:

- 2013: Open Day for the steam locomotive FAL 421
- 2017: Open Day for the steam locomotive FS 880.001
In 2018 we held two other events:
- Spring F.A.I. Day (25/03/2018)

Donations – Municipality of Coniolo
We’ve always participated at cultural and scholastic activities.
In 2010, after meeting with the Coniolo mayor to set up Mines Museum, we got interested in finding a little diesel metric gauge railway tractor in France, used to check on dams and very similar to the ones that were used in mines.
After its restoration, it was donated to the Municipality of Coniolo for the inauguration on the Mines Museum and positioned at the entrance of the town.

Donations – Agrarian “Pellegrini” Institute
In 2011 we got contacted by Professor Nicoletta Arru of the Agrarian “Pellegrini” Institute of Sassari to build an alembic for educational purposes. After explaining us the reasons behind this request, we decided to build it and gift it to the Institute.
In 2016 this little copper alembic with Piedmontese water bath cycle plant, also last work of the founder of LUCATO Termica — Lucato Antonio — before he passed away in 2015, got transported and installed in Sardinia so that the students at the Institute could learn the noble art of distillation.
